I'm going to take my chances with New Jersey in this game.

Keep in mind folks, the Nets will not win this one. Detroit is getting better, and they have revenge in mind, cuz of what happened earlier in the season.
I warn all you, do not bet ML on the Nets or else you'll regret. Good luck to all!

The Nets are 7-1 ATS in their last 8 road games and the Pistoms are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 home games. So with that being said, I'll take my chances with New Jersey on the ML.

Detroit seems to be getting better and I think the more likely winners of this game. With that said, the Nets are really good on the road, 11-3 ATS on the road, 10 -4 straight up. As road underdogs by 3-6 points they are 3-1 both ATS and straight up. I think if you are getting a good price on the nets then its a +EV bet. I'm with you Dan, but I only made a small play on them (for better or worse) when I found a good price simply because the Nets are unpredictable.

this sucks... i was hoping for detroit to just blowout jersey, but orlando's already having the blowout game. and there aren't allowed to be two blowout matinee games according to the NBA's script.

Uh oh. Vince Carter just called for a double technical and was ejected. That is going to kill the Nets chances.

It seems like I'm watching a WNBA team out there. The Nets can't shoot worth their lives right now!

Lol, neither team looks all that sharp. Nets are 30% from the field, 11% from 3pt, and 50% from the line. Detroit looks good at 44% from the field, but they are only 12.5% from 3pt range and just under 54% from the line. Ugly all around.

Wow, for those who had Nets +6 or + 6 1/2...just got screwed..
They fouled with 4 seconds left.
Why the hell would they foul?

I don't get what some of these teams are doing either. There is no 6 point play with 4 seconds. What pisses me off even more is that some teams foul with like 5 seconds left and then decide to dribble the clock out after the opposing team hits two free throws. Why even foul in the first place if all you're going to do is dribble out the clock?
