I would like to thank Chester and Royal Sports
We have just finalized the details of a bailout of my mid 4-figure balance from failed sportsbook Bet4Aces. It is a very generous offer, particularly considering I had just made a large cashout from Royal not long before discussions began. But I am very grateful to Chester for working with me.

It sounds like he is working very hard to bring improvements to Royal moving into the future.

I don't want to go into every detail but just to say I am very pleased. Helping me is not something they have to do. I wish there was more I can do to repay their generosity than just the token gesture of posting this information at a few forums but I am glad I can at least do that.

I wish Chester and Royal all the best.

Royal has done many, many things wrong, and they certainly aren’t a book I’d recommend as a safe one, but I welcome hearing good news as well as bad about any book.

Often these “bailouts” are largely phony. They’re really just big bonuses with big rollovers that would be equally in their self-interest to offer to random customers off the street—any connection with the stiffing by some other book is purely semantic.

But if Royal stepped up and gave you a significantly better deal than that, then that’s to their credit. Congratulations and thanks for letting us know.

WHO CARES. Was this part of the bailout for you to come on the forums and tout the swindler extraordinaire? Thats who controls the money at Royal. Stall pay for months after a WD request is the norm.

I am going to say the same thing I told the fools that ignored the warnings at BetOnSports. Your funds are at risk.

Speaking for SBR; we wish Chester well and Royal Sports too. This is a book that has taken up a lot of SBR resources resolving complaints over the years. We have seen improvement and we have seen them fall back. The jury is out on Chester. We are obviously giving him some room for now. It would be a great story if he can suceed, a real made for TV type story and we all want it. But good story or not, the honeymoon will be short. Can't imagine Chester wanting or even thinking it would be any other way.

It’s great to read that BetRoyal (SBR C-) have bailed you out tomcast but picking-up on TLD’s comment, it would have been good to read just a little more detail – ‘meat on bones’ stuff, if you catch my drift.

IMHO Spliff and Chuck catch the right mood as indeed it would be nice if BetRoyal could take care of ALL their customers “like this” in future but the bottom line; going by their past history STILL indicates that “your funds are at risk”.

As I’ve written before “one swallow doesn’t make a summer”, so let’s see how they’re rated in say 6-months time.

I don't remember Chester asking me to post this. I didn't let him. I insisted very early on. Like I said, bailing me out isn't something Royal had to do. It is not in my character to just accept that kind of generosity without doing something in return and this is all I could think of.

I've never been involved in something like this before but I made the mistake of trusting TOW and now I am. I don't know about other deals and I don't know if it is right to post all the details of mine. I really don't know so I'm not going to.

But I understand what you are saying about how excessive rollovers might be used and no, Royal stepped up and did significantly better than that.
