What is the highest any book that went out of business and stiffed customers has ever been here at SBR?
Was Betpanam ever a B? Was anyone?

That's right, there have been several books make it to the B's that failed. AcesGold failed before the SBR Rating Guide was started but it would have been a B+. BetPanAm saw a high of B+ and there was BlueMarlin at B. I think I'm missing one but those are the ones I remember.

What’s the highest grade a stiff book ever had the day withdrawals became impossible or at least very difficult? That’s a lot more relevant than where it peaked, or for that matter where it was the day it closed entirely.
I think what’s important for readers is whether a book that has at least a rating of such-and-such today is any risk to go under before we have a chance to get our money out. Historically, have the rating drops come too late, after bad news is public and there’s little or no hope left?
