Lol Paul for Lin ? Plus the Rockets aren't paying Asik all that money to sit on the bench. It would cost them too much to release him.

Asik is not making a lot of money. He is going to be a beast of a back-up.

I don't want Howard here. He's a retard and already getting injured. His steroid dealer is probably short on supplies and he missed a cycle.

very curious to see where howard ends up. he will likely wanna play in the east. Brooklyn no longer wants him as Lopez has finally gotten over the hump and stayed healthy. I wouldn't be surprised if he resigns with LA.

They backloaded and spread out the cap hit. Those are pretty significant cap hits. That's a ton of money for a backup C, and he is a C only. That would be a ton of money to pay someone playing 10-15 mins per game.

Year Base S. Bonus Misc. Cap Hit
                        2012 5,000,000 - - 8,374,646
                        2013 5,225,000 - - 8,374,646
                        2014 14,898,938 - - 8,374,646
If they were to get Howard they'd have to find a way to unload Asik.

If both Paul and Howard have any hope of winning a ring, they will leave their respective clubs.

Having said that, I don't see this happening. Maybe a small chance Howard comes to Rockets.

Mavs will probably go for them. They have cap space to spare with all their short contract players.

And do Rockets really need Howard? They have Asik and should go for another PF like Big Al or Millsap to help him out.

Dwight Howard has been working out with Hakeem Olajuwon in Houston in the offseason for the past couple of years. So he trains in Houston and is comfortable here.

Saying that, I don't even think I want him here in Houston. Dude looks like he has no heart. I know Lakers are old and done. If Lakers are dumb enough to give him a Max contract, he'll stay, because I don't think he cares about winning.

Paul and Howard will not win in LA and they both know this, so I think they're headed somewhere for sure. Paul is a competitor, so he'll move to where he thinks he has a legitimate shot to win. I do think he gos where Howard will go, Paul is fedup with losing. He might want his own superteam.

Harden, Paul and Howard sounds nice. The GM Daryl Morey for Houston is one of the best GM's in the NBA. He traded for and got the star he wanted in Harden for merely scraps. Don't ever underestimate a MIT grad.

Blake Griffin is the most underrated offensive player in the league. He led the team in scoring.

Six completed seasons versus one completed season and you think the same amount of playoff series wins is a valid indicator? Shame he had to leave NO but his future with clips is far brighter.

There owner is not motivated by championships. The Lakers got preferable treatment from the NBA for years to win/scam titles. Hows that NFL team treating you Willie.................................. ...... forgot you guys don't have one. What a cr@ppy city.
