Actually, I did this on another board a couple of years ago so I know how to do it now.

Everyone who gets a vote in this thread is going on to the next round.

In the next round there will be 4 polls where people will be able vote for "posters of the year." Using the "allow multiple choice" option everyone will be able to vote for as many posters in each poll as they want.

The 21 posters with the most votes from all four polls will move on to the final poll which will decide "Poster of the Year."

I've done 4 groupings for the polls (below). Any other posters who are voted for in this thread will be added to those groups and it's possible another group could be needed.
