Quick Question: We all know that once one knee is down and you have possession of the ball, that play is ruled dead.
However, in the Rutgers game the guy caught the ball and clearly had possession of it with his right knee on the ground. He then gets up and runs the option for a touchdown.
I am guessing there is a special rule on FG attempts?
