This line was never 5 1/2 anywhere. 6 lowest and 7 highest. Jersey books cleaned up as they kept it at 7 the entire time, never lowering that #. Smart move.

no, you have to adjust the time, that was after the 3rd, they rarely put them up into the 4th
4:56 pm it was during the commercial after Rutgers kicked a fg at the bvery begining of the 4th. After that NC state went down and scored a TD so I was glad I got the value there.
