Well I know its likely hopeless but who should we contact with our names and balance? Is there a list if they declare bankruptcy or something I heard like this? Any help appreciated on this longshot.

Its sad guys like you got trapped by advertisers like EOG and MW promoting this shit book. They should pay you but it wont happen.
I do not think you have much recourse because it is unregulated no matter how you spin it.
