PARLAYS!


There are no single pro-line bets unless you're wise / lucky enough to spot two other games that are bound to be cancelled you're going to have to make 3++ bets. Grabbing attention with a ridiculous line sometimes can work to their advantage, since the number of people who will blow it on their next two picks far outweighs the payoffs.

Firstly, they do require you to make a parlay 2-6 teams in BC, I think Ontario proline requires 3 teams.

If you have several +EV events, parlaying them together does not make it a -EV proposition. They consistently have off lines and weak odds. I have been destroying them for quite some time now. Easiest money ever, I just lean against Pinny's lines.

What research? I've bet 'em in Manitoba where it's always a 3 game min. and that's the only claim I made. I'm not claiming there isn't money to be made in Proline, I'm just saying there is a reason pro-lines are sold beside lottery tickets (because that's how most people play them). If you can lay off the urge to go for the six upset jackpot card, or at least the four or five maybe/maybe not card, then good for you, but most people don't.

Personally I don't play them on a regular basis because I too often find myself (like this thread) either finding one great play and picking two often straight up sure-things that offer no payoff, or pushing my luck and blowing the card. I do like betting huge on them when WC/Euros/Olympic soccer rolls around as there's some great value, but I tend to stay away. If you can kill them on a regular GOOD FOR YOU, but most people don't.

I can't refuse taking Florida 2.00 for the national championship on proline. Most places have it up to -4 now. Now I just hope there is some nice numbers for Tennessee to parlay it with.

You also have to keep in mind that football winners have to win by 4+ and basketball winners have to win by 6+
makes it a hell of a lot tougher
