Is there a bad team in the NFC now?

Jeez. There's 3 maybe 4 good teams in the AFC but the NFC is loaded with them. Are there any bad teams in the NFC now? Tampa just filled a huge hole. Even Arizona has an All-Pro wr and a defense with a lot of potential. Phille maybe?
