***SBR Best Bet thread NEW RULE !!!!!!!!!

If a REPUTIBLE sportsbook(JustBet.com, Bookmaker.com, BetUS.com, LegendzSports.com, Sportsbook.com, BetJoint.com) is willing to book the play then you should monitor it.

If you want to change the rules it should say post your BEST BET for tonight that you will be actually wagering on yourself. That will get rid of all of the -300 favorites.

Of course If you turned this thread into something where you actually had to bet money on your picks then only about twenty-five(25) of us would be posting plays which is better then EOG where I believe NOBODY(less then 5%of posters) wager on a regular basis.

For the record, my play in the Best Bet thread is literally the play I feel best about once I finalize my card for the day. I'm always on it for at least a unit.

why not let people pick what they want to

and any -200 or higher picks to be graded as "risking" 1 unit instead of "to win" 1 unit.

seems like a solid compromise?

It doesnt effect me because I dont participate in the BB of the day thread, but as I said, SBR has plenty of "for money/prizes" contests that are chock full of rules (and appropriately so). Since the BB of the day isn't a for money/prizes who the fvck really cares??

Yeah, Doc is right. You cant have a vote and overide it. Plus like LT Profits says sooner or later one of the huge $$$$ will lose so I think the voters are correct here. I want to change my vote to no and make it 22-17 in favor of the no's.

I believe several posters indicated they will not be participating if the current rules are not changed which is the best idea because then the only ones participating will be the ones loving the current rules and a true gauge of who the best capper is amongst the -10000 ML winners can be crowned.
