So everyone I am back from the meeting of the family. I show up and its not just her Parents that are there. I find out that her Cousin, his wife, her sister and her sister's boyfriend are all there. Come to find out the Cousin is a recovering alcoholic and druggie...the problem is that he still drinks. This guy is off his freaking rocker! The sister is well...lets put it this way..Veggie Girl got all the looks between the two of them.

The Mom is sitting at the Kitchen table playing a board game and the father is sitting right next to her. THey both shake my hand, the mother's handshake seems pretty genuine but the father's...he knows whats up.

I think Bread is right, I think he knows that I like to do dirty things with his daughter. It is not like this is a small guy either. He has a handlebar mustache and goes abotu 6'2 270lbs. After talking with them for a few minutes the father made sure to point out to me all the things that he shot and had mounted on the wall. To me that was a sign that he wanted me to know he had guns and knew how to use them. I tried to be as respectful as possible and make small talk.

All the while, I have to say I was still wondering how my bets were going...I wanted to check my phone every 10 minutes but...I thought better of it. I waited till we went to the bar and started staring at the TV screen as soon as we walked in for about a half hour straight.

All in all...it went well. I think they liked me, the family even invited me to another gathering that they are all having tomorrow which would include me meeting about 15 more family members. Not sure that I am down for that but we will see.

The next biggest obstacle that I am facing is that Veggie Girl mentioned something tonight about now moving in with me.....I am FVCKED!

Why is it an insult to ask if someone's wife is in a wheelchair knowing the husband is already in a wheelchair? Most of my friends in wheelchairs are very calm and nice persons and not internet tough guys that post various cities police stations addresses as their own when challenge people on fights.
