Unfortunately, I missed out on this +450 it was almost a freak incident (I posted it earlier in this thread I think how I missed out but too lazy to look for it.)
I went into work the day the series prices came out and I was debating betting $200 or $400 on this so I figured I would just bet it after my shift. Well before my shift the price was +450, and 6-7 hours later it was +325.
So I passed.
The smart move would have been to bet them after they lost game 1 but I again passed and only bet them straight that game 2 and in game 6, which they won both.
Most ppl wouldn't point it out they didn't bet the pick they posted a big thread on. It was a bad mistake by me, and I learned a nice lesson from it lol. I knew that line wasn't going to get any higher, the smart thing would have been bet the $200 before my shift, then if I felt like it after deliberating to put 200 more on it after.
I do have $100 on them vs. Spurs +600. And if they lose game 1 I am putting another $50- $100 on it as well depending on the line (I figure +1100 to +1200?). I honestly think the Warriors could be the first actual "Cinderalla" in the NBA in a LONGGGG time. I don't think we have seen one since the Knicks made the finals as an 8 seed 15 years ago. That's the only one that sticks out in my mind at the moment.Comment
