GS +450 and LAL +775. Wow. Way more than I figured it would be.

What's up with Steve Nash? Is this guy coming back for the playoffs?

Kind of surprised Clipps are that low. They dominated the Grizz in the season series and have homecourt here. Was expecting around -200. I'd expect Clipps to close around -200 though. CP3 will easily be the best player on the court at all times. And I still think the Grizz suck. Rudy Gay trade killed all chances they had at making a deep run in the playoffs.

Rather than laying juice of -160 on Clipps, might do Clipps series + Knicks or Pacers series. Should pay even or plus money.

I love the Conley/Paul match up. West will provide great PG match ups throughout the playoffs.

I expect Clipps to win both games 1 and 2, split on Grizz homecourt, and then come back and finish them off in game 5.

Grizz aren't that good. I actually think there is some decent value in Clipps +680 to win the West. CP3 might be the best finisher/closer in the Western bracket. Yes, could be better than Durant.

The regular season doesn't mean anything. In a 7 game series, Memphis will miss Rudy Gay big time. Not only was he their 2nd most versatile perimeter defender (as he could guard some 2s, 3s, and some 4s when necessary), but he was also their go to guy late in games. The defense is gonna get a lot more physical in the playoffs and to win in the playoffs you need at least 1 guy on the perimeter that can create their own shot.

That guy is going to have to be Connoley at this point, but CP3 is a bull dog defensively. Memphis will obviously go inside out but I feel they will be lacking that perimeter player that can create just create plays when teams pack in the paint and force you into uncomfortable spots.

Don't disagree with any of this. Never said Memphis was going to win the series but they will give Clips some trouble. Griz will need role players like Bayless, Arthur, and Pondexter to step up to have a chance.

series bets are stupid, especially when you are betting the dog. Just bet on individual games. If your team wins game 1, you were better off just betting to win game 1 and not have to sweat the rest of the series. If they lose game 1, you were better off waiting for a series price of that has now gone up.

                        It's lose-lose.

I was looking at parlaying the grizz and nets, which pays 3-1, since I do have the two healthiest teams.

Back spasms are a minor injury. They can easily be treated with a thorough massage, ice bath, vitamins, and rest. I play ball all the time and have gotten them. He has about 4 days of treatment. Clippers will win that series for sure.

I'd take Bucs @ 90:1. If somehow Lebron (and hopefully Wade too!) goes down, they have a chance!

If your team wins game 1, you were better off just betting to win game 1 and not have to sweat the rest of the series. If they lose game 1, you were better off waiting for a series price of that has now gone up.

                                                  It's lose-lose.
umm wtf are u talking about? The whole point of a series bet is because u believe ur team will come out on top after the ENTIRE series is over. Some times its much harder to predict what games which team will win rather than series and vice-versa.

For instance last year, (ignore the odds) but let's say u liked Pacers to beat Magic - you would've been destroyed if u bet them game 1, but ur series bet still was good because ur whole point of the bet was Pacers coming out on top in the end.

So yeah obv. if u bet a team and they lose game 1, you COULD"VE gotten a better price after but sometimes there's no way of knowing how exactly a series will play out but there are times where u know who will come out on top when its said and done.

Miami vs OKC was also a prime example of this - not many had the series over in five, even Heat backers. But u knew Miami series bet was a winner whether it was in 4 or 7.

yeah thats my point, it works both ways so no way of telling. But the thing is, there are many spots where u know u can call out the winner on a series and be wrong about who wins which exact game - so you're better off betting a series price rather than hoping u get the series to pan out in ur favour so u get a better price.

And other spots, where u are confident a team will win game X but ur not sure about the series, so u get a better option there by betting on the individual game rather than the series.

Last year, lucky or not, a worse, BANGED UP (paul and bg) Clippers team beat the Grizz without homecourt. So, this time around, a better Clippers team with homecourt is supposed to have that much trouble against a worse Grizzlies team? Don't give me that shit. They will own them. Because, just as the Clippers biggest problem is lack of consistent perimeter shooting, the Grizzlies don't have a lot of that either. Most teams who've been giving problems to the Clippers are the ones who can light them up. The Grizz can't.

That's like saying why bet a team full game, if they cover the first half you were better off just betting them first half, when if they don't cover the first half you could have gotten better odds at the half for full game.
