Pinnacle is the best.

They don't accept residents of the US, so if you live there look elsewhere for the book of your dreams.

If outside the US Pinnacle is the best by far, lines are very sharp though. In the US I'd say 5 Dimes or Matchbook. Bookmaker, BetJam, Greek, and Carib are also solid.
