It usually depends how you deposit and with what book - for instance with Greek I pay nothing to deposit and nothing to withdraw and can withdraw multiple times in a calendar month without paying a cent.... Pinny I can withdraw ONCE in a calendar month without incurring a charge.... . I've noticed books with low juice tend to make you pay on deposits/withdraw's and 10c books typically try to be as convenient as possible.

Just my take...

Well, they take the fee in the low odds they offer, if that's what you call it, except for MarathonBet but they limited me already and I cannot use them ... 32RedBet so far allowed me to place lots of £1000 bets on the NBA without any limits, and their odds are quite generous as well.

I find NBA playoffs to be consistently "easy"... when I say "easy" I mean "easy" to hit over 55%.... then again Im not a totals guy which appears to be your "bag".

I was very suspicious about all the other games ... I barely know much about the NBA but what I like about it is that it goes like a market ... the players could easily have made it OVER 180 in this one, if they wanted, but something tells me they play where the Vegas Lines Oddsmakers want them to play.
