Been playing there for over a year....cool site. They have big games (20k) about once a month on big racing days. You can get into daily tournies starting I think around 4$. I like the head to head games they offer.

They've also always paid....I think the most I've won at once was about 1200$ and it was sent via check from a bank in Louisiana (takes about 4 days).

It says on their website that the restricted states are AZ, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington.
