And its laughable when u claim UPS is within walking distance when its 12 miles away in Glenwood Springs. I guess u think Aspen is walking distance also even though its 30 miles away.
Seriously have u even been to Colorado? I seem to know more about it than u. So who really lives in CO? Is it your bf Donjuan? Did u send him a dildo and flowers for Xmas and was upset when they didnt deliver due to the weather?
If it really is ur family u must really hate them or vice versa since u had to move to another country a whole continent away. Unlike u I see my family weekly cause they live within driving distance or walking distance to u.
I can't really afford to live near here, I'm a poor farmer remember.

daggerkobe,
You really do struggle with reality, don't you? Colorado deals much better with the snow than California. I'm not sure Coloradans even know what chains are. Meanwhile, going up to Tahoe the other day, they had a chain requirement for about 40 miles when there was less than 1/4 of an inch of snow on the ground.

donjuan.......... u really show ur age when u say the most ridiculous things.
So do people in FL deal with hurricanes better than the rest of the country? Do people in Louisiana deal with floods better? Do people in CA deal with earthquakes better? Do people in Kansas deal with tornados better?
No one deals with natural disasters or snow storms "better" because people always panic and forget what they've learned in these situations.
And just because CO sees more snow does not mean the laws of physics ceases to exist there.

You guys have nothing on my story with UPS. Get this shit. My graphics card went bad and so I RMAed it to EVGA who sent me a prepaid UPS sticker. Here is what happened.
December 1: mailed and leaves my state
December 8: attempted delivery at EVGA only refused twice. One of these refusals was late at night when EVGA was not even open. UPS attempted delivery at the wrong address
December 9th: UPS starts shipping it back to my address. I called EVGA who calls UPS and they state they will stop it and redeliver. After no update and no delivery 3 days later EVGA tells them to just deliver to my home and they will send me an overnight sticker so I can get it back by christmas
December 14: arrives in my state(not city yet) but no update
December 16: UPS instead of delivering it sends it back to EVGA with a date to be delivered on the 22nd
December 21: Arrives back in the state where EVGA is
December 26: still in limbo. was never delivered on the date stated.
So far 26 days and counting and still they have not gotten the package back to EVGA much less them getting a new one back to me. Now you do not feel so bad about your delivery eh?

A snow storm is not a natural disaster. Perhaps if it snowed a foot in a day in LA, it would cause mass chaos and deaths, but it's a not-so-rare occurance in Colorado that people have learned to deal with and are prepared for. And lol at Coloradans "panicking" because of a snow storm.

Wow. Just wow. I talked to UPS. The package is AWOL and it will take up to 8 business days to run a trace on it. If they cannot find it then they pay insurance out to the shipper which is EVGA. UPS gets away with screwing up. EVGA gets the insurance money. I get nothing. I feel some pain coming if they do not fix this.

I guess you've never driven in a blizzard before. Never felt that helpless feeling when you press the gas and your wheels spin and spin but your car doesnt move. Where you are faced with either freezing to death in your car or getting out to look for shelter or help.
Ask James Kim's family if a blizzard is not a natural disaster douchebag.
Must be nice living in a fantasy world of unicorns and leprechauns where at ur age u think u know it all. Wait til u move out of ur mom's basement, get a job and maybe meet some real people..... I guarantee u dont know squat about real life as much as u think u do.

I'm not trying to pee on your Corn Flakes and I don't know what is going on behind the scenes with your situation. 1 time in a thousand, UPS actually will out-perform Fedex - and maybe you were unlucky enough to be that one.
But I just couldn't carry on with my life with that kind of statement hanging out there. With my professional experience, it throws my whole universe into disarray.
Fedex is way better than UPS, better prices and they will not **** you like UPS occasionally will.
but what I like about UPS is, they will pick your shit up for delivery for about 3-5 bucks.

Another update. The package was never delivered and was sent back to my state again where it was prompted sent back to california and is scheduled to be delivered on January 7th. If it actually does get delivered which I am doubting now it will have taken 38 days and traveled over 15,000 miles
