A division winner is guaranteed a top 4 seed. Did I say any different? What I said is the team with the better record gets HCA. That's a fact.

If you don't believe me, look at last year's playoffs.

The Clippers have the 4, but if Memphis has a better record, they would have HCA despite being the 5.
