Bet365 has a free iPhone App, to download the App simply search for bet365 in the App Store. Currently the App is available in the UK, Ireland, Austria, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. Customers in countries where the App is not available can use our Web App by simply visiting bet365.com from their mobile or tablet's web browser.

bet365 has a free Android App, to download the App simply search for bet365 in the Getjar App Store from your mobile or tablet.

are you trying to use it in the country where they say this app is suppose to work?
if so try to update it with a latest version from the app the store and see what happens.
