Ladbrokes changed coupon after my bet?
Yesterday I place a bet under 159,5 in a minor european basketball league in Ladbrokes. The match finished with total 159. Later I found in my Ladbrokes account that my bet lost and it was under 157,5. At the time of my bet no bookie offered 157,5, it was 159,5 - 160,5. Then I doubt I could mistaken 159,5 and 157,5.
It not visible in the bet coupon during the bet placement the total
    number, just UNDER.
    How could it be possible?
There are should be some line scanners history somewhere. I found this, http://www.tip-ex.com/odds+compariso...a+vs+kk+zagreb, but there is no Ladbrokes in Total.
You can see totals are 159,5 - 160,5 and just later they went down, but after my bet in Ladbrokes I made another in Nordicbet Under 160,5, so no movement has happend yet.
In the past already happened I found in the account statement my bet is UNDER instead of OVER, but that time I could realy make a mistake, since UNDER button is over and OVER button is under(gues it;s done with purpose, same as no total number in the bet slip).

You can view details of bet including the total/spread/odds if you go in history. I usually confirm after making a bet. At times, I take snapshots of the bets as well.

It's quite possible that they inadvertently changed the total or it might be a software glitch. I am personally aware of at least one betting software (don't know if Ladbrokes uses it) which allowed (maybe it still allows) changing the TOTALS in the bets. Essentially, it's a flaw in that software's design and it can cause problems if someone is careless (or a rogue). But, despite all this, every change to total is recorded in the system with a date and time stamp.

Email them the details of your bets and they should be able to verify the history of totals for that game. Let us know after you have received reply from them.

Sorry to hear about your problem Yasenpen. I don't know how to solve it now, but for the future you can make screen shots of your pending wagers.
I had similar problem to yours about a year ago. Now I always take a screen shots of my pending wagers.

Yeah, i screenshot everything with Hoversnap, quick one key press and it dumps the image to a directory.

Having said that, despite thousands of bets a year at every book under the sun, I've never once had bet details changed on me.

I did not write the letter yet because every time I do this, I get a ridiculous maximum immidiately. I bring attention to my account and they can see I am taking their money constantly. It happend with Sportingbet, VCbet. I would like to find the logs of line scanners to be sure I did not make any mistake.

I remember reading somebody else claiming to have this type of problem not to long ago and he even took a screen shot of it. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the thread though.

A screenshot is not a proof, I may paint it myself, a lines archive could be.
The other point that make me feel I did not make a mistake - Ladbrokes does not have their own opinion, like, for example, Unibet, and their totals always like the rest of the bookies. +- 1 point. But not 2! That is too much. That means you are going to receive all bets just on one side - Over 157,5, because the other, who goes for Under, choose 160,5 in the others bookies. Pinnacle was 160.0

OK, I did some research. Read this message if you bet in Ladbrokes. There is no page refresh, no warning, if the total(I guess handicap too) has been changed in the period from opening the lines and pressing "Comfirm" button. For example, you open Totals page, think 5 minutes, then decide to place a bet on Utah-Lakers Under 200,5. There is no number in the bet slip, just "Under", enter the ammount, confirm - done! If Ladbrokes changed the total during this 5 minutes, e.g, to 198, 5 - you actually bet Under 198,5. You may find it in the statement, when the bet is already placed, not before. Or always refresh the page just before making the bet. But still there is tiny possibility that tha total changes in during 10 seconds.
I beleave it's not acceptable. Must be "What I See Is What I Get". All the bookmakers give the warning and do not allow to bet if the total or handicap has changed.
I wrote a letter to Ladbrokes. Even if they cancel my bet, I will not be satisfied.
