Al Horford will be better than Kevin Garnett. He plays tremendous defense and he owns the boards at both ends. Once he becomes a go to guy he will erase all of Kevin Garnett's records. He also has won NCAA titles back to back something that Garnett will never have in his resume because he was greedy ans wanted to get money instead of education. That's why he talks like a thug.

Agree. The Horford, Smith combo inside for Atl will be a defensive, fast breaking, scoring juggernaut for the next decade. The only problem is that Horford is a bit short for Center position.

If we can only get Smith to stop taking outside shots and 3's.

He is only a sophomore. He will get better in the playoffs. Hawks are only one trade away from winning the NBA finals this year. My dream of Falcons in the Superbowl and Hawks in the NBA finals is alive and well.
