The software offered by Blue Chip could not possibly be considered fairer than the software offerings of Microgaming, Playtech, Real Time Gaming, Cryptologic, or Boss Media; all of whom own more market share than Blue Chip, have been in the industry longer, and have never had a reported incidence of software impropriety.
Blue Chip also declares errantly (or untruthfully) that their blackjack game provides the best odds at 0.16% (adjusted with the cashback policy). In fact, this game can be beaten by many games available through the above mentioned software providers. Here is a list of games that are verified to have better odds...
- Boss Media Single Deck Blackjack -- The king of games in that proper play affords the PLAYER an advantage of 0.15%.
- Cryptologic Single Deck Blackjack -- Cryptologic cashback and composition strategy make this a 0 house edge game.

As you can see, all of the major providers have at least one game that is significantly better than the Blue Chip offering.
This is not to say that the Pinnacle casino isn't a great casino for the casual player. It certainly is. If you are a Caribbean Stud player then Pinnacle is definitely the best place to play but keep in mind the house still has a massive edge of over 3%. The added benefit (although it's not software related) is that the casino is backed by Pinnacle money which means that you know you will be paid and it will come to you faster than any other casino in the industry.
As an aside; if anyone from Pinnacle/Blue Chip reads this, please check your "About the Company" page which duplicates the first paragraph. It certainly doesn't lead a person to think about professionalism when there are errors such as that.

There are several little fictions on the Blue Chip page:

I have not looked carefully at the Pinnacle craps offering but there is a chance that you have serious value there depending on how they calculate their rebate and how large of an odds bet one can make. The house edge there could be even lower than the blackjack game but likely still not as good as most of the games I listed.
The other benefit (in my eyes) to the games I spoke of earlier is that most if not all of them have higer deviation than Pinnacle Blackjack. The higher deviation allows you to reach a higher level or bottom out quicker. So if you set a goal, you are more likely to reach it with less wagering than necessary at Pinnacle, further lessening your exposure to house edge.
I currently have a Microgaming position that pays me 0.50% on all my wagers. The best game that particular casino will give me the rebate on has a house edge of 0.31%. When I play there I have an overall edge of 0.19% on every single dollar I wager.Comment -
