I think he knows hes good, they just edit the show to try make him oblivious to it..and if he didn't know he was good before the show then he most certainly does know now, especially when you have chael praising him every 5 seconds telling him he's gonna be the next silva etc..he was very stubborn and closed off on the show and was a bitch in social situations (insulting the dude's gf) which I hated..humble under confident fighter doesn't have that attitude IMO...seems like a cocky arrogant i'm the shit attitude

why bother betting big on the heavy chalk in these TUF finale fights? They're so skewed. Outside of tape from fights prior to the house, you're evaluating the fight on a 5 week stints where fighters don't get full camps and TV studios leave a ton on the cutting room floor.

Escudero, Wilks, Pearson, C.Smith - iirc all were above +200. Sadollah and Dodson were dogs as well but let's call those flash finishes. The money that came in on Schaub to push Nelson's line from -220 to -140 was dumbfounding. Weren't Bader and Ferguson marginal dogs too? Some is just screwy perception from the show

IMO, it doesn't matter if you think this is the biggest mismatch in a TUF Finale - I don't think you should max bet on any TUF favorite heavier than -200, if you've made a habit of that than you've probably lost a lot over the past TUF finales

yeah Bader opened as favourite at like -280 or something then line completely reversed! Was crazy

I just stray from favorites - Nelson was the exception where I put a bunch more against the line movement, worried that there was some inside info - I didn't get the Schaub money that night. I love making small plays on most TUF dogs (not talking about Gastellum just all on the card) - Hall has looked nothing short than a man amongst boys - but I think maxing out on anything TUF just isn't great in the long run.

Based on what I saw this season I'd say Hall is EV+ until -600 at least but that doesn't mean I'd bet him at his current line. Make big bets on the stuff you can conduct proper due diligence on - not TUF finales. My $0.02.

and I'll add tomoro with you...won't break the bank...doubling my risk will bring me from one-third to two-thirds of a unit (as targeted units double from one to two)...that's what i love about undervalued live dogs...per targeted unit, they're like tootsie-rolls, not toblerone...with undervalued faves u gotta be much more careful, both entering into and adding to ur position...

I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Close to the excel center.
