Question about NFL season wins o/u
Does anyone know how most books grade a tie. Is it nothing or half a win.

If you tie then it is a VOID bet. Which means you get what you wagered back.

Let me be a little more specific. You bet Philly over 8 1/2 season wins, if Philly wins 8 and ties 1, do you lose or tie your bet.

It should count as a loss. But, confirm with the sportsbook if you are thinking about hedging.

The bet was done man to man. We decided to abide by what most books do in this situation. If anybody has any info, please let us know.

Philly could win next week and it could all mean nothing, or I could bet on Philly and if they win by 1, get middle since I see mostly 1 1/2 now.

Assuming you wagered on wins: if the Eagles have 8 wins, then it's under 8.5 wins

All seasons bets are based on an under/over wins total. Did anybody ever hear that a tie was graded as half a win anywhere?

I've never heard of a tie being treated as half a win for futures.

Sorry to keep up about this, it's a dispute between friends. Can anybody find a major SB that plainly states the rule on this.
