Ideally I'd probably want to be in the Central time zone.

NFL starts at noon, don't have to stay up until 1 AM for a lot of games.

West Coast has 9 AM college football, 10 AM NFL

East Coast gets screwed on all the primetime stuff

MLB playoffs ending around midnight, most of the big events are starting 8:20 or later.
