Your probably right but since they want me out why don't they just send me my money and just get it over with. Or why don't they just send the whole 5K.

The reason why for all the noise is because why do I have to pay a neteller fee when its not necessary. Here are the rules:

        --------------------------------------

** NETeller: (one free payout every 15 days) Each subsequent w/d
        $20.00
        -----------------------------------------------

Customer service is now not sure if its business days or regulare days, its does not say business days does it.

The 15th day will be Thurs so I am not sure whats going to happen that day. All I got to say is Wagerstreet and their customer is a joke and to be rated B+ is way overated. For a sportsbook that can't handle $400 wager belongs in the minor leagues,

Dont let $20.00 get in the way of a withdrawal. Take the funds and move on. Period... They dont care about you. They cut your limits. Take your money and go clobber another book. That should be your focus here. End of discussion.

After waiting to the 15th day I found out they charged me $20 anyways. I was suppose to get a free one today and they charged me. I gave specific intructions to Customer service not to withdraw my money if they were going to charge me because I knew I had a free one coming up.

Customer service said today was the 15th day and I would get a free one but management changed their mind. Now they are playing games and this is just another was of stealing money. Stay far away from this book.
