No surprise overrated OKC lost to the Knicks today
Melo and JR Smith owned Kevin Durant when he was with the Seattle SuperSonics and now OKC when they were both in Denver, why would it be any different now

OKC shot 58% from the field and 53% from 3PT land not exactly awful?
But I forgot losing a game by 5 on the road means you must be overrated

1. It was an OKC home game
2. Knicks led basically the whole game
3. I wouldn't call them over-rated like OP, but without Harden they aren't the same team

Shooting that kind of high percentage and still losing would worry me if I were an okc fan.

Whether I told you this when the game was over or not was not the point. The point was Melo/JR Smith in Denver owned Kevin Durant teams.

Lol melo and jr owned durant when he was a kid. Why does this game matter when the knicks have little to no chance of making the finals anyways?

Yep, OKC's over-rated
1 game out of first place in the West. Defending Western Conference Champions. 50-26 this year. Yet they are over rated because of a home loss?
Your Nuggets will be watching the second round from the couch. Like usual

Nuggets without Gallaniri or Ty Lawson are still better than your garbage team with two ball hoggers that will never win a NBA championship

If the Nuggets could actually win a first round series we might actually find out
Too bad they will be knocked out in the first round, yet again, this year by GSW

MIA won't win again this year, even though the pressure is off they will not have that killer instinct like last year. San Antonio will win if they stay healthy, Thunder had their chance last year but I don't like the fact that they have 2 players on their team who are ballhogs.

San Antonio?
Really?
I disagree Froggers. I think if anything they had their chance last year. Their starters are old and injured. I know they're experienced and know how to deal these types of things but I can't see them keeping up with OKC.
With that said, they're experienced, talented and deep. If they won it, it would surprise me. But I won't say it can't happen.
However, the Denver Nuggets winning it
They have a better chance of beating the Denver Broncos. Not that it would be that hard.

if they stay healthy assumes that they are currenntly healthy
manu is out for a while, parker is still hobbled + spurs nose diving
this is the formula for a first round upset rather then title contender

OKC is not done folks.......and even if they were.. Stern would never allow The Spurs to advance to the finals...I do agree however that they are a different team with Harden. If they Knicks play in the playoffs...and throughout the entire playoffs the way they played in the 1st half of the season..as well as this latest winning streak...they will win a title...never mind win the EAST....problem is...they may not be able to continue playing at this pace..I think there is a strong possibility that Miami may come up short....

Especially at this time of year. Didn't Chicago beat Miami recently to end like a 29 game winning streak? Didn't the Hornets beat the piss out of the Nuggets, who were on a 15 game winning streak?
Mother fukking Nuggets
OKC accomplished more last year than the Denver Nuggets franchise has EVER accomplished

OKC is my team (Live in Tulsa) and I can never bet on them cause the line is so over inflated. I did get to bet them against the pacers last night as a 2.5 dog which was really weird. I bet OKC does poor against the spread because of the over inflated lines.
If Westbrook could get his head out of his ass they be very hard to beat.

You are very close to me.
Anyway, I bet on OKC against the Spurs this week when I was in Vegas. I figured they would win that one and struggle today. This was a classic let down game that happens to most teams.
OKC will be a factor but it's a tough road.
As for the OP, the guy is the biggest homer on this board. He was talking up his Nuggets saying they would knock OKC out of the playoffs two years ago.

Knicks are a legit champ contender, no doubt. Heat will have a tough time beating them. No clear favorite in that matchup.
