And you would have to have EXCELLENT counter surveillance operations to hide the fact that you were doing this because if some assistant DA somewhere decided to polish their resume up a little bit she would come after you.

Since you would be hiding your involvement you would then be guilty of money laundering, RICO violations, conspiracy, etc, etc.

If you are going to open an offshore book you have to live off shore.

process deposits lightning fast

pay offshore forums to advertise your book on their front page

then when it comes to to pay out...cite "processing" issues and increase the number of hired touts and shills to counter any claims of slow/no pay

payments come in

but rarely go out

and when they do....take your time....like a week...2 weeks

keep the money in the acct knowing your players will bet it
