I close accounts when I do not plan on using that poker site or book for a while. The initial level of customer service has dipped to the level of live chat at 5dimes. 5dimes offers me better odds at what I wager at so I play there.

That being said...the upper levels of customer service at Heritage is outstanding. The temptation is to skip the first tier of customer service and go to them. That is not how it should be and I actually feel bad and regret the times I skipped over live chat to go to email directly for a supervisor. My fault on this.

I would miss not having Heritage as a baseball out. For what I bet I often find a better number at Heritage than 5D.Don't get me wrong I love them both. I don't deal with CS much so it's not really important as long as they pay me quickly. We all gotta do what is best for ourselves.

This is exactly what I was saying above. Any other question other than a routine one CS can't seem to answer. Then I feel annoying contacting higher level tier but how else can you get an answer? It's a vicious cycle. Oh well. at least I'm not the only one...sure feels like I'm being shunned lately.

hey everyone, for heritage live wagering if I place my bet on basketball for $500 max, and later the line has been reset. Can I still wager on the same game up to $500?

Yes if the line changes you should be able to get $500 at the new line.

guy if i deposit $2000+ with heritage will they cover my fee and give me a free payout if i win?

                i read their payout policy

"NOTE: Same Day Deposits / Withdrawals: All Deposits must clear 24 hours before a withdrawal can be processed. If fees were reimbursed, they will be revoked and free payouts will not apply to the withdrawal."

this confused me, if they reimbursed my fee I will not get free payout to my first withdraw?

Nope, not if it's the same side of the same line.

In other words, if you withdraw within less then 24 hours of the deposit clearing then your reimbursement of fees will be revoked and you will not qualify for a free withdrawal.

If you're confused, wouldn't it make more sense to ask the book directly rather than hoping someone random on a forum has the correct info?

Their CS is excellent, ask them.

                      That said, RonPaul is correct.

Awesome sportsbook. Can't think of one bad thing to say about it. Cash back program is the best.

You guys are some needy m'fers. I talk to customer service when I deposit, and hope I don't have to ever again until I get a withdrawal. Who needs a friend to talk to? Give me safety and lines. Heritage is good, but 5D is better for those facts alone.
