#10811 minutes of fast play was enough for me to say not worth the effort. Sorry SBR. You run many great promotions. This Black Jack was not among the top.
-
I think if I would have known that 4-1 BJ meant paying 4 to 1 odds for a bJ, I might have played longer. I just figured there was 4 other players and me in a single deck game, so I assumed it was just like zoom poker and moved to the next hand when I was done with my decision. That 4-1 BJ could have been marketed a little better.
-
Also, another reason I gave up after 11 minutes. I kept receiving waiting for server messages every three hands. After 90 hands and 30 waiting for server messages, well, you get the picture.
-
And the last reason I stopped playing is I figure if I want to place top 20, all I needed to do was be ahead. After starting with 1000 and dropping to 982, when I got to 1001, I was done.Comment -

#109I highly doubt that's true. 4-1 blackjack means you have pretty much a guaranteed +EV as long as you play enough hands (without throwing them away doubling on an 18, etc, of course)Comment -

#110Hi guys,
mjag21 was the winner of this event with 189 points profited. It's going to be about another 30 or so minutes for full standings of all players, we are matching your sportsbook IDs with your usernames and then we will post the overall Triathlon prize board.
Thank you all again for spending your time with us and stay tuned as well for the announcement of the World Poker Cup tomorrow.Comment -

I bought insurance everytime and won at least 80% of the time. I just figured that the software was being "prepped" for alot of blackjacks. The dealer must have had BJ about 20 times. I had it maybe 10 times but two of those times I was TIED by a dealer BJ!
I wish that I had stopped when I was up +140, but not even sure where I actually finished since I was still playing after 9pm and lost like 12 hands in a row. I think that I ended at around 115 at 9pmComment -

You just won second and won $1500!
Feel free to share the wealth!
For some reason, I actually thought that 100 points would have been a good scoreComment -

#119GUARANTEED 2nd!
I mean I finished high enough to knock off other contenders from passing your up as did others according to what they posted. At worst, you get third, but I dont see how anyone will beat you out of 2ndComment -

#122Wish I coulda finished a bit higher - but glad to win something! Kind of disappointing that I ran so horribly in the Blackjack, I probably played more hands than most, but how well you run is a big factor too. Ohh well, thanks SBR for another nice contest - always look forward to the next one!Comment -

#125Yep Lol, got that right, but yeah I regret just randomly picking my hoop picks taking the contest for a joke not knowing I would do pretty good in poker. Didn't even do blackjack cause I know it wouldn't have had any affect on my position. Good pullout though mike. Make sure you buy yourself a fukkin pie from papa johns or dominos tomorrow.Comment -

#126^^ i did the same with hoops, i was treading water so just took all favs/overs on the board a couple days and ended up at the bottom. Luckily i had some points on poker even without cashing in the big one.
And blackjack i got 3rd by one point! LololComment
