    How/Where the spread starts??
So where does the spread start guys?
Is there like 30 guys in Vegas locked up in a office and they hammer out the spreads? I bet these guys are the sharpest of the sharp.

Line is created offshore. LVSC in vegas just copies it for the most part.

What you are describing is the LVSC, they do exactly that. I'm pretty sure books look at their numbers, and adjust accordingly.

I'm pretty sure the LVSC still puts out a number before the first offshore numbers are released, but maybe I'm wrong

They are far from the sharpest of the sharp. Why do you think openers have such low limits and move so quickly?
