This is one of the best moves of the off season. Guy won the Miami job before getting hurt in the preseason.

Hes not as mobile as he used to be but he's a great leader and works very hard at his craft. Huge upgrade and I think he has a very productive season.

He was given ample chance as a starter and he never won anything. He had decent stats for a year or two but it was all a product of the system, dink, dunk, throw a bunch of predetermined routes. Matt Cassell did that better for a year, are you all excited the Vikings brought him in? Garrard isn't even as good as him.

His leadership? Have you heard him speak? He's not very smart. The impression most people have with him is that he's a "nice guy", but he's not sharp. He's certainly not as smart as Mark Sanchez and he's failed miserably. Dumb people don't do very well at QB.

Good point about Matt Cassell. If Ponder has a hiccup, Cassell has a big opportunity with AP, Jennings & company.

So why would you want an old QB who is always hurt and can't play? The guy isn't good in my opinion. He has thrown for over 3,000 yards only twice and averaged 200 ypg 3 times.
