Are IF BETS ever worth it?

My friend plays these and i never really looked into it .. I just do straight plays 99% of the time and was wondering if these bets r worth trying .. Also is doing a round robin parlay better than doing a regular parlay?

Also rolling if bets come in handy if ur bankroll is low or tied up. E.g., u have a chunk of bankroll tied up on an early nfl game and want to pound an afternoon game but it wont go final until after the later game is off the board. U can bet it with the pending funds of the early game.
