Which is ok, better than never going.

I have never done that. I go to a Baptist Church, but I would love to do that. I think that a perfect time to have church.

I go to a small Baptist church and I know they are getting less donations every month.

I went to Mass this morning. You guys will laugh, but before I started gambling I was a solid regular at the Vigil services on Saturday at 1700h. Since that is now the heart of college football, I've switched my attendance to the Sunday 0800h service. It's really worked out well for me, the service is more traditional, I never miss a game, and I get to occasionally serve as organist or lector since it's the least well attended service and gets fewer volunteers for those jobs.

I just make this point to show that even as degenerates we can still make room for faith as a priority. I ask you, who has greater need of faith than we who take such risks? I wish you all an advent full of blessings, and after this thread, I will add the intentions of SBR members to our next prayer for intercessions.

I go to a church on Thursday nights for my addictions recovery meeting. That can be an amazing thing. I have seen lives dramatically changed for the better. I have seen families saved.

Although my group is secular, the church should feel proud about the stuff that has happened within its doors. Having said that, I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what kind of a church it is. Nor would I ever in a million years go to any church for the sake of religion.

Becoming a Deacon is fairly easy I believe. Compaq probably has easy access to the safe.
