                                Sweep is the fkn man on SBR. Best videos ever. Although the music selection is lacking today. I prefer his old school hip-hop in the background.

                                                Cooking has gone down hill here since Cougs left. Between marinating a steak with Italian Dressing and LilDeemer scrambling his eggs for an hour, I'm left really yearning for a good cooking video. Maybe I'll ask BigAl to get the recorder out.

                                                        Italian dressing in fact dries a steak out, it pulls any form of fat out of the meat. That is why sweeps steak is all curled up and pulling. Fat is needed to make a good steak. Its called marbleization. To add to this, the key to a good steak is cooking fast, always on high heat, high, high, heat. penetrate it.. ill make a video and break this shit down. It's real easy to do! "First I limp to the side like my leg was broken... shakin and twitchin like i was smokin"...
