Generally I find the odds aren't very good but remember they never move.
Last year I had great success beting college basketball ties.
In order for a tie a game must finsh within 5 points.

Proline is very beatable, and it shocked the Canadian government. I remember reading a report on it where they raised 1/3 of the money they predicted...Basically wise guys were picking off bad numbers, so they made it harder to get volume down.
