Does anyone know of a sportsbook that takes wagers on college football over/under total wins for teams in the lower escutcheon (below the top 25-50 teams)?

Try Bodog for now. Limits are low, but they have the most available college o/u's of anyone right now.
As for Pinnacle, they will have every single team eventually, even the Sun Belt teams. They did last year. As a matter of fact, a good friend of mine had a large play on Florida International OVER 1.5 wins last season.Comment -
