I had Ohio State in my bracket but took Wichita St. +5 tonight. I'm kicking myself for not taking the ML. I was a little gun shy after Marquette shit the bed on me...

Anyway, Ohio State had been getting by a thread while Wichita State has been balling. Ohio State had this coming to them.

Shockingly, I thought Wichita State had better teams the last two seasons.

I mentioned that on page one of this thread. If that was the case, Butler and George Mason wouldn't have made Final Four runs.

Also, even if it did matter, wouldn't Cinderella Wichita State be more compelling for TV? Ohio State has advanced far in recent years, I think people would rather have an underdog to root for next weekend.

I paid more attention when Butler and George Mason made their runs.

huge 2nd halves have been happening a lot this tourney. I've had so many overs that looked dead at halftime hit lately-- syracuse/cal comes to mind, also the Miami game, now this one

My gut was telling me to take Wichita St. ML, but I always get effed when I bet in any game that includes the Buckeyes. This game proved that they were the piece of shit team that I thought they were for most of the season.

+4.5 vs ohio state and ML PLay was a W

GREGG MARSHALL IS A HELL OF A COACH and this team isn't even as good as last year's team who I had going pretty deep as well....Love Wichita State and every year follow them fairly closely and they're a solid program!

totally dude..this year was a supposed down year as it's mainly freshies and a few transfers...last year's team was STACKED and the team that lost to VCU was a 5 seed and NASTY!

I was furious when the seeding came out last year and they made that a 5/12 match up. Selection committee loves sticking it to the mid majors
