Bookmaker lines working funny for anyone else?

lines come up way late and then stay up after the 2nd half starts for every game
also lines are off the baord but still show up for a little while

I still do not see half time lines for cleveland even though the box has been up for a while

also it shows the line is +4.5 but i try to bet it and it is +4 -105 and then i go back and it shows +4.5 again sometimes it does this

I bet and it went in my favor but I cannot tell what the line is until i try to confirm a wager

That happens all the time to me. They need to fix this.

it is worse than ever though I see a box for 4th quarter in progress line but I keep refreshing and there is never a line and then the box is gone when the quarter starts
