    NCAA Rules Clarification.
Why is it a foul when the Louisville player jumped inbetween two standing Oregon players?

ie) How is that a blocking foul for not being in position?

    Seems like a bs rule.

I was wondering the same thing.. How's that a block?

Both players seemed set, just cause he doesn't initiate contact to the chest shouldn't change things.

1H calls favored Louisville and that play was a charge for sure, but the 2H of the game was called evenly and the better team won. It was nice seeing a team be able to break the press, but Oregon ended up turning the ball over with charges on 2 on 1 breaks. On one play they over passed the ball. You could tell they were nervous even after they broke the press.

What? You don't have to be hit in the center for it to be a charge. If you're set and an offensive player hits you on your side, and you're not moving its a charge. Easy call, charge.

if you get hit on your side its more than likely a flop which shouldn't be called. They made the right call.

think about it, when a driver hits your side it isn't gonna be solid contact and there is no reason you should fall backward like you got hit by a mac truck
