Spotty, Big East officials have a 'play on' mentality. Some crews will call a foul if you fart on the court.

yeah the announcer is talking out of his ass. Just because the offensive player tries to leap between two defenders with their arms straight up and their feet flat on the ground, doesn't mean it is not still a charge when the offensive player runs into them.

His team is up 14 so I would imagine he is pretty satisfied with the results. As an unbiased observer it is not a whole lot of fun to watch though.
