There's definitely money to be made with props.
Are you asking for props for a specific sport or props in general?
I've always enjoyed prop betting. Mostly towards game props and not so much player props.

These are the props I usually play and have a bit of success in (some are rather high in juice though)-
NHL:
1st period o/u 1.5G
Team totals
Salami
Total PPG

Team or total shots on goal

NBA:
Team 3-pt made
Player Rebounds or Points or Assists

MLB:
1st Inning HRE
Total HRE
Pitcher strikeouts
Team HR
Total HR

NFL:
Score in the first 7:30
Total FG
Longest TD
Shortest TD o/u 1.5y
