this place is where I currently have my office and I have a one room apartment there , its a youth center now but used to be a medical/health center for the Jewish people like 60 years ago. Its got like 4 offices, 5 classrooms, basketball gym, weight room, computer lab, shower room, conference room, game room, big screen tv, kitchen. I spend alot of time here in the winter simply because it is warmer and I dont' have to walk/drive the 3 blocks in the snow. The big building across the street is a school where I work in the mornings. So I have it all right here.

3 blocks away there is a 3 bedroom house that I've been in living in for almost 3 years. I am house-sitting for the owner who grew up there but now lives in the suburbs. I don't pay rent, just utilities and can sublet as I wish. Right now I only have 1 roomate, but I've had as many as 4 (all but one was a friend) its in crappy shape, but makes a good bachelor pad and place to store all my crap.

Archie's the man! Come to California and I'll bake you sugar cookies, green icing and all. The more I get to know you guys the more I want to have a huge SBR beach party in the summer, we could go wild. It's a pretty sweet beach, just a few minutes from the Shoreline Highway, got a grocery store, drugstore, Subway, and gas station with malt liquor all within a five minute walk. Wild blackberry bushes giving you all the fruit you can eat in the summer right where the sand turns to loam. Best of all, no public admittance, no cops!
