Are you in the Greater Los Angeles Area? USC's Trojan Vision does play on strange stations like 8, 18, etc. usually on like a week delay. It was a weekly show that I hosted for 3 semesters (about a year and a half), so there is definitely some chance you may have seen it while flipping channels.
