The USA has never won a match on Mexican soil, holding a lifetime record of 0-23-1. Their last friendly in Mexico resulted in a 2-1 loss on Oct. 17, 1984, in Mexico City.

The US won in a friendly this past summer for the first time ever on Mexican soil 1-0

you may agree that record is kept to be broken
US is not in a good form and could not win at all
but i think both team would play in a more concentrated way which under is pretty good choice

I like betting the draw better than USA ML. If USA scores a goal first on the counter, all hell will break loose. God protect any U.S. fan that shows up there tonight.

Their fan base most closely resembles our general population of a super max prison. Throwing human waste is a popular pastime for both.

I'm pretty sure God has other important things to tend to tonight like curing cancer and famine than protect the 2 US fans who decided to go to a 100,000 Mexican filled arena.

Mayan, you obviously have not watched past matches between these two teams in Mexico. It is not pretty. Even when Seattle pulled the upset against Monterrey in Mexico, it was ugly.

I know you like to play devil's advocate, but you really should know more about the violent side of soccer in Mexico before you blindly defend its fans.

Fans are violent in the U.S. too, but to insinuate that the level of violence is the same, is naive. I see that you are pivoting the argument away from a U.S. Mexico comparison and are now comparing to the world. Probably a better move.
Club América has decided to take a stand against the increase of violence that is happening in Mexican soccer stadiums. After two of it's own "barras bravas"(or "fan groups") got into a fight inside of the Neza 86 stadium, Club América has decided to suspend the two "barras" for the upcoming América vs Cruz Azul match on Saturday. Neither of the "barras" will be allowed into the stadium.
Mexican soccer team directors tried to bring in the passion from Argentine soccer stadiums. They imported and created the "barra brava" in Mexican soccer to get the stadiums more alive. Now these "barras" are the main reason why there is so much violence in the stadiums. This past week alone there were three major incidents of violence; Chivas "barras" attacked bus loads of people from León. Querétaro and Atlas "barras" got into a fight in Querétaro, and the fore mentioned América "barras" fought among themselves.
Due to the importance in the relegation race the Querétaro vs Atlas match was always going to be a high risk game. And it turned out to be, as Querétaro and Atlas "barras" started fighting outside of the Corregidora stadium.
In Guadalajara it was a different story. It wasn't two hooligan "barras" fighting among themselves (Not that, that is right anyways). But the Chivas "barras" attacked 60 buses from León. These buses had entire families, women, children, with the León team bus leading in the front. It is bad enough to have these hooligans causing mayhem among themselves but attacking the innocent who just want to enjoy a soccer game is taking it too far!
Mexican league authorities have mentioned over and over again that this is of great concern but have done nothing to address it. Club América directors have taken the first step into addressing this problem. By not letting in the "barras" that chant and support all game long in such an important game like the one against fellow Mexico City rivals Cruz Azul; they are sending a message to their "barras" and the other teams in the league.
The "barras bravas" do make the stadium atmosphere more fun. The stadiums do come to live with their constant signing, chanting, and jumping. This encourages the rest of the stadium to support right along with them, but the cost to benefit ratio of these "barras" does not measure up. All that they do is NOT worth the violence that they bring with them. A standing ovation has to go to Club América for taking this first step. Hopefully the rest of the Liga MX teams as well as the league directors follow the example.

You're changing your tune. First, it was we were "Fox viewers" over reacting about a few unruly fans. Then it's no different than what occurs at a Yankees/ Redsox game, and finally it is, well, that's just soccer for you, get over it.
Mayan, this is what happens when you blindly take a stance that you know nothing about. At least google something like you normally do before playing the part.
