You never have to tell me twice. I've always smoked joints, but I usually see you with a pipe, Richie. Do you prefer pipes, or just not interesting in smoking so much at one time that twisting one up makes sense?

I think it's fabulous. In today's post fest Richkas has revealed he enjoys living with his mother, paying no rent, getting all his meals for free and his laundry done. All without even the slightest whiff of irony. I can't wait until tomorrow's revelations.

How do you figure? Joints allow the ash to fall off, and don't accumulate resin. Pipes force you to smoke through the ash and collect resin like it's going out of style. If you're smoking with others, the mouthpiece of the pipe gets just as dirty as the ripping end of a joint. Joints are the only way to go, every hit takes almost brand new, and no paraphernalia charge if you get popped, just swallow the roach.

I prefer a doobie rolled in a orange zig zag but its just me so I do one hits. When I hit the road though I always roll one for the ride.

I know it well, Richie. I wasn't intimating that I thought Orange Zags tasted like oranges, I know it's the color of the pack for 1.25" wide papers. White zags are too narrow to roll a decent size joint, and they also make 1.5" wide ones, but unless you're rolling nothing but big bombers then it's too much paper relative to the smoke. I tell you, I almost enjoy the process of rolling the joint as much as I do smoking it, it's satisfying to create a well-rolled joint with nothing but the art of moving your fingers.
