If you just watched these teams for the first time in unmarked jerseys, you'd have said WKU was the higher ranked team.

A 16 seed will win one day. I just hope the team they beat is a Kansas, Duke, Kentucky, UNC, etc.

If a team like Gonzaga loses as a #1 seed, it won't mean as much because people will say they didn't deserve it in the first place.

Florida Gulf Coast beat Miami this year. They aren't a cupcake 15 seed at all.

KU controlled the whole second half and were never in danger of losing. Easy win, despite WKU hanging in for awhile.

Fla Gulf coast should really have been a 14 seed and Wky a 15. They arent true 15-16s. Every team from 13-16 got bumped since the four bottom (and true 16 seeds) get shoved into the play-in games. Teams like LIU Brooklyn and Liberty that lost in one of the play-ins should be getting fed to KU and Gonzaga. In this format you have them play teams that are a bit stronger instead. Not a coincidence that Southern and WKY had a much better showing than the other 16s, cause they are truly 15s. For this reason I think the first four games should match-up only teams with at-large bids.

Just a matter of time until a 1 seed slips cause of this, in my opinion.

Fla Gulf Coast played great, but they weren't misseeded. They lost to Lipscomb....twice. Western Kentucky should have been seeded higher.
