It means you have to roll your winnings over three times. Just like in regular tourneys. You see that badge you got for 3rd place and 275pts, you have to play 825 points in ring games before you're able to use them like regular points. Which until you turn "Pro", are virtually worthless to you anyway. You can't buy anything of real value from the sbr store until you are Pro.
