Do small conference teams with high expectations/seeds ever meet expectations?

I love them this year but they run into Louisville most likely in the sweet 16

I guess a Sweet 16 loss to Louisville wouldn't be bad for them at all though.....

I agree with this thread.

It seems like these teams do a lot better when it's not expected. When their is expectations, they play tight. Just look at Gonzaga today. They weren't the hunter, they were the hunted and it was a whole new ball game for them.
